Product overview and application

The 50 kg wheeled dry powder extinguisher is used where larger agent capacity and longer discharge support are needed, such as factories, warehouses, fuel handling zones and logistics facilities.

  • ABC dry powder is suitable for initial Class A, Class B and Class C fires.
  • The unit should be operated by personnel familiar with wheeled extinguisher deployment.
  • It is intended for initial response before a fire becomes large or unsafe to approach.

Main structure and working principle

The unit consists of a trolley frame, cylinder, valve head, pressure indicator, hose, spray gun, extinguishing agent and driving gas. Opening the valve releases pressurized powder through the hose and spray gun.

  • The cylinder and trolley frame provide mobility and large capacity.
  • The spray gun allows controlled aiming at the fire base.
  • The pressure system must not be altered or refilled without authorization.

Storage and routine inspection

Keep the extinguisher in a dry, visible, unobstructed location away from corrosive atmosphere, rain, direct sunlight and high temperature.

  • Inspect wheels, axle, frame, hose, spray gun, pressure indicator and seal.
  • Confirm that the hose can be removed and extended without obstruction.
  • Keep maintenance records and service labels readable.

Service and Maintenance Checks

  • Repair and recharge must be performed by authorized service personnel.
  • Confirm zero internal pressure before valve or head removal.
  • Inspect cylinder defects, valve damage, hose cracking, wheel damage and spray gun function.
  • Hydrostatically test pressure-bearing parts where required.
  • Replace seals, gaskets, damaged metal parts, pressure indicators and discharge components as needed.
  • Use only approved ABC dry powder agent for recharge.

Important Safety Notes

  • Do not use the extinguisher upside down.
  • Keep the cylinder tilt within 45 degrees from vertical.
  • Keep at least 1 m distance around energized equipment and disconnect power after extinguishment.
  • Do not use if the hose, spray gun or pressure indicator is damaged.
